I wonder what the ratio is: how many Iraqi civilians have died for every American?
These sites might give you some idea, though I don't know how up to date they are.

blood is every bit as vivid on a good digital camera as it was on kodachrome.
i was going to say something smartass, like "guess which of these four kids goes on to hate america enough to do violence" but then i read the text, and that kid died too.

we just needed to recharge our batteries so to speak.
4. As big as a Watchtower, Bible and songbook.
My bag was always a mess and would accumulate gum wrappers and tissues; and I always folded the Watchtowers in half lengthwise to make them fit , so they were constantly dog-eared. It was a dark blue tote bag and I don't know where it is, maybe my parents have it stored somewhere at their place. It probably still has literature in it.

complete video ready now.. jehovah's witness 'neath the tower of fear.

Very nice! The fading in of the angry Jehovah face at the end was my favorite.
well , with so many posts about pets i thought i'd ask this question.
we have 3 great pyrenees dogs.
the oldest is 11yrs and the youngest is 4yrs old.
Twobit is SO CUTE!!! Border collies are great, my roommate's best friend has one that used to live on a farm. Unfortunately, it had some kind of accident that took off the tip of it's tongue, poor thing. As a result she doesn't bark much.
I used to have a Tibetan Spaniel mix named Bodri once, and a Chihuaha named Chuwi. The Chihuahua was a neurotic nervous creature (she had been abused by her previous family), but was so sweet. The spaniel was kind of mellow, and pretty smart, so the two made an interesting pair. If I could have a dog, I might get one who's really large, like a Saint Bernard or a Newfoundland. And a Chihuaha, another one of those poor little nervous ones.:)
I can't have pets at my place. I've been thinking of getting a turtle though, they are adorable - and I think I can get away with that.

verse 18 .
and the woman whom you saw means the great city that has a kingdom over the kings of the earth.
For a discussion to be productive, all parties should be receptive; I think we've made an effort to understand your views, but you insist on approaching the discussion single-mindedly. This makes it very hard for people to take you seriously - if indeed you are serious and not a troll.

myelaine, as much as I can make sense of your argument, you seem to be saying that Babylon the great is the WBTS, is this rigtht? If they have this part of the "prophecy" wrong then what makes you think any of it is right, when so much evidence points to it being a metaphorical interpretation of historical events?
oh yes it is that time of year again.
the time that my dogs hide when football starts because of my husband screaming at the tv.
do you scream at the tv knowing that the players can not hear you?
I've been known to talk to the tv, though rarely when watching sports. Sometimes I really get into horror and suspense thought, and feel the need to "warn" the characters.
for the first time, i actually found a jw tract at my door.
now, i remember when i used to do tract work, they were all printed at the society and properly worded.
but this one just takes the cake.
MEN WILL LOVE THIER NIEGHBER OR ELSE ?
IT MIGHT BE HARD TO IMAGINE NOW, BUT GOD IS A JEALOUS GOD, AND ALL LIFE BELONGS TO HIM. AND HE WILL HAVE HIS WAY.
Wow! How threatening. And wacky. I don't see how this is supposed to draw people.
i have terrible insomnia.
have had it most of my life.
love visiting with all you night owls in chat!!
I used to have all sorts of problems sleeping, until I quit caffeine (except for the occasional piece of chocolate). It sounds pretty extreme to all my coffee-drinker friends, but it's made a huge difference, even though when I did drink caffeinated drinks often, I swore it didn't affect my sleep. But the stuff just stays in your system way too long.
i recently went for a check-up and i was told everything was better than "normal".
i exercise for a couple of hours a day about 4 or 5 days per week, especially in the summertime...so far so good.
what about you?
What type of pasta do you recommend? I've tried corn and it left something to be desired. I do find that I don't miss bread and pasta nearly as much as I thought I would; maybe it's that I feel so much better.
Emma, I found this pasta at my local organics store, and it tastes very much like what pasta (though perhaps a bit lighter). http://www.nottapasta.com/index.cfm
As for what I do to stay heatlhy, the main thing is that I avoid all animal products (One of the benefits for example:there is no cholesterol found in plants). I rarely excercise, though, except when I'm feeling particularly stiff or stressed. When I do, it's free weights and/or yoga - I don't like cardio. I used to play tennis, but have no one to go with now.
